Precision medicine requires the ability to gain insights from different modalities of health data, which is often trapped in silos. The Stanford Data Ocean (SDO) aims to address this issue by being the first serverless precision medicine platform for researchers and students, and it’s built completely on AWS. Housing multiomics datasets and one of the largest repositories of wearables data, it provides workspaces to easily run prepackaged workflows for DNA, RNA, and scRNAseq. In this session, learn how to easily and securely process evergrowing quantities of omics data, using the scale of the cloud by integrating the capabilities of AWS HealthOmics.
