We're hoping this upgrade opportunity will be a Win/Win solving two problems. We cannot take our camper off the truck in our garage and if you have watched our channel long enough you know that this is a point of contention for us. In this video we install a new low profile air conditioner made by Houghton. It is a Houghton A3400 unit with the air conditioner as well as a builtin heat pump. The lower profile of this AC makes it two inches shorter than our Dometic that came on our camper. We hope the extra two inches will give us enough clearance above the camper to have the space to raise the camper so we can get it off the truck in the garage. Will it be enough, well watch the video to find out. In addition, we decibel test the original Dometic AC and the Houghton with huge results.
