In this video, I head out for riverside walk with Maggie, the big black dog, to work up an appetite for breakfast. We find a nice secluded, shady spot beside the river and set about getting a fire going to cook up a tasty treat. I was recently sent some Aboriginal Australian ingredients from my friends Hari and Alana, and this was the ideal opportunity to try them out ribeye steak, seasoned and cooked over the fire, damper a simple tasty flat bread and Lemon Myrtle tea deliciously refreshing on a hot day!
Thanks for watching!
