Hello everyone, I don't know if you are suffering from the summer heat? In the southern hemisphere, I'm now suffering from the cold winds of winter!
Today, I bring you a summer drink flavored ice cream texture chiffon cake. The recipe is my own modification.
The original recipe does not have corn oil added, so the texture is a bit firm.

60g milk
45g corn oil
50g sugar
65g cake flour
15g cornmeal
6 eggs
3g cream of tartar
57g matcha powder
1520g strawberry jam
Pink color (optional)

Water 60ml
Vanilla oil 3 drops

Lemon juice 3 drops
