4. Market Size: Is your target market expansive enough to allow for a billiondollar exit?
5. Exit Strategy: Are you driving towards an acquisition or IPO in the next 510 years?
6. Growth Trajectory: Do you have the potential for rapid growth to become that billiondollar company within a decade?
If you can't confidently answer 'yes' to these, then while you may be steering a great company, it may not be suited for angel or VC funding.
