For ease of use, I'll also put my personal list of pros and cons here in the description. I think school uniform cons, as principles, outweigh the school uniform pros, so the cons come first, then the pros. Here you go!

CONs of school uniforms:
Uniforms put you one step closer to being a prisoner
With a uniform, you must submit to yet another layer of conformity (School seeks to destroy the individual)
Uniforms force you to give up your creative expression (if fashion matters to you; another way schools kill creativity)
Uniforms reduce a student's sense of personal responsibility. It's a big milestone when a kid learns to pick out his or her own clothes and dress himself. The school uniform removes that responsibility and helps create a group of kids who grow up to be dependent on an outside authority.
Uniforms add nothing to the educational value of school; they only make it easier for the administration to control the students

PROs of school uniforms:
You don't have to think about what you're going to wear to school
In theory, no one should be picked on for what clothes they're wearing
No one should get in trouble for inappropriate clothing
Easier back to school shopping
Can be cheaper than regular clothes if your school uniform is basic like khakis and a polo shirt
Uniforms can prevent the display of gang colors
