The project is surrounded by vegetation, integrating the interior with the exterior through cross ventilation.
The project consists of two floors that are connected by a double height.
The use of santo tomas marble, concrete stucco contrasted with white and the use of tropical wood predominate, providing accents, contrasts and a feeling of warmth and comfort.
Natural lighting is maximized, with the arrangement of windows in the main spaces, allowing natural light to enter. There is also specific artificial lighting that adapts to the needs of each space emphasizing art and decoration.
