Apples are very tasty these days.
So I made an apple pie for my son who loves apple pie.
Next, I wanted to make a whipped cream cake, so I made an apple cake with apple pie filling.
The results are awesome!
When I put the apple pie filling, This whipped cake turned out wonderful.
And I made a special glaze for this cake.
In a very simple way using apple juice
It became transparent apple juice glaze.
After several tests, I found the perfect recipe.
I am very satisfied with the color and texture, and the taste and scent of apples.

As for the decoration, I used mini apples called Alps Otome.
It tastes good and is cute, so it is good for cake decorations.
