Anguished Mother Dog Desperately Wails Strangers to Save Her Moribund Baby | Heartmelted Reunion!

My heart is broken! A mother dog was desperately begging for help her moribund baby, but no one help. In panic, she doesn't know what she need to do, can't leave her baby, just moving around begging people who pass by, but NO ONE helps, not a single one for nearly 2 hours until a lady next door saw this and called us...it's even worst when we heard about their story: Rose & her baby are stray dogs, they live next to a closed shop for months until it was rent by a monster. To reopen the shop, he scares away the poor dogs, the mother not leave in time, and he did that to her baby!
