First time trying the gada body turns and squats, as shown by Mr. @Wolkowinski in his post on Instagram a while back. I still have a long way to go, far from being as smooth as yours, Paul, but love it!

One thing that will never stop amazing me about ancient training tools is how, to the unacquainted, the movements seems simple and easily imitable. Once it's your turn to "recreate" them, that's a whole different story...
