We encountered this beautiful cat during our walk around the neighborhood. The cat came out from the owner's yard to 'greet' us. Strangely, it didn't meow like a regular cat. I noticed a difference in the shape of its ears compared to most cats. My husband remarked about its pretty eye color. The cat stayed with us for quite some time and it was hard for us to leave him to continue our walk.

At home, I did a little research and found out that it was an American Curl cat breed. How? The cat's unusual ears; they're not like a normal cat. I also looked at the cost to own one and, oh my, it's not cheap. They usually sell for between $1,000$2,000. I LOVE cats, but that's a lot to pay to get one! Would I own a cat like that someday? Only God knows.
