"America Sings" was a beloved attraction that ran at Disneyland from 1974 1988. It featured a Masters of Ceremonies called Sam the Eagle (voiced by Burl Ives) and a wide variety of audioanimatronic characters that eventually ended up populating Splash Mountain. This was shot by a friend of ours in December 1987 and has never been posted before. America Sings was written and designed by Marc Davis & Al Bertino (their first show without input from Walt Disney).
