Orange Loaf Cake is one of my all time favorites. If you get some fresh and sweet oranges, then definitely try this super easy recipe for an absolutely delicious Orange Cake.

Ingredients:
1. 3 Cups all purpose flour (I am using a 100mL cup)
2. 3 tbsps Cornstarch
3. 2/3 tsp salt
4. 2&1/2 tsp baking powder
5. 3/4 cup Sugar
6. 4 Eggs
7. 200 gm unsalted butter
8. 2 tbsps Vegetable oil
9. 1/2 cup of warm milk
10. 1 Cup fresh orange juice
11. 2 tbsps Fresh Orange zest


Note: Use the sweetest oranges for the best taste. If you don't have a fan option in your oven then bake at 170°C for 1 hour.
