Our 16 months old golden retriever puppy Bailey got neutered and we did not pick the cone of shame cause he is very active and he hates wearing those bulky cone. We prefer to let him wear the surgery shirt or recovery shirt. It's very easy for him to still sniff and move around and the shirt also protects his surgery from any dust.
