140ml (0.6 cup) Water
1 Egg
13g (1 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cup) Bread flour/wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1.5 tbsp) Unsalted butter
Egg wash
Green onion
Mozzarella cheese

190°C (375°F) bake for 15 minutes
