PRICE: 160K
GAMEPASSES: I pretty much used all the gamepasses in this build exclusing the basement pass.
If you're planning on making this build, I recommend using advanced placement, multiple stories, transform and large plot.

I kept the colour scheme for this build fairly neutral with white, creams and browns. I've been LOVING this aesthetic lately (as you can probably tell from the rest of my builds)
