A4994678 Ruthie is a loving 10monthold tanandwhite female Tibetan Spaniel and LongHaired Chihuahua mix puppy who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on September 19th as a stray from the City of Baldwin Park. Weighing 7lbs, Ruthie is enthusiastic, happy, curious, and agreeable. She is great with other dogs, walks well on leash, and loved cuddling with her handler. She came right out of her kennel and settled into the security of her handler’s arms. Ruthie is a darling puppy who will make a lovable and loving indoor pet and companion for any individual or family (as long as any children are old enough to respect her small size) eager to bring a puppy into their household.

United Hope for Animals is dedicated to reducing homelessness among companion animals through spay/neuter, shelter support, photography, video and networking of shelter animals in Southern California.
