► Recipe and ingredients:
3 eggs
Pinch of salt, 120 g sugar
a pinch of vanillin
50 g vegetable oil
150 ml milk
160 g flour
30 g cocoa powder
10 g baking powder
Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes
Let the cake cool
350 g cream cheese
80 g icing sugar
15 g cocoa powder
250 ml cream 33%
50 g dark chocolate
~ 50 g warm cream
Cut the cake to the desired diameter
collect the cake
Place in the fridge overnight
85 g dark chocolate
85 ml warm cream 33%

150 g walnuts
100 g sugar
60 g cocoa powder
250 ml milk
bring to a boil
120g butter
5 g instant coffee

120 g white chocolate, melted
20 g sunflower oil
