2. Meat filling
* 300g Pork belly 10oz
* 400g Pork shoulder 14oz
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 15g
* 1tbsp Cooking wine 15g
* 2 tbsp Soy sauce 30g
* 1/4 tsp Thirteenspicy 2g
* Green onion
* Ginger
