Chop 300350 grams of cabbage and pour boiling water over it
500600g minced meat (I have chicken and veal)
For bulgur:
1 tbsp cereal
3 tbsp water
salt to taste
2030 g butter
For the sauce:
2 onions
200 gr. pumpkins
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes (12 tbsp tomato paste)
1 tsp Adyghe salt
salt and pepper to taste
500 ml water
