In addition to doing Crossfit 3 x a week, I also like to work out and stay active outdoors! Today I take you with me on a hike around Brienz, Switzerland and visit the stunning and historic Grand Hotel in Giessbach. The hotel was built in 1873 and lies just above the sparkling blue Lake Brienz, surrounded by mountains and a stunning waterfall.
