What does a steam locomotive fireman (and engine driver, loco cleaner and fitting staff ) need to do to prepare a locomotive for a day's work on a 21st century heritage steam railway? This video film documentary looks behind the scenes starting at 6 o'clock in the morning in preparation for the first train at 10.15am then follows the crew through to the end of the day when they service / dispose of the locomotive back at the locoshed.
