UPDATE: Judge Boyce ruled that sufficient evidence was presented in regard to Count IV, and the change in the date was obviously a clerical error. He also never gave permission for Count IV to be amended, so he's denied the motion for acquittal. He needs to ferret out how to address the amendment of dates to the jury, but he has ruled that the case will move forward on all counts.
