Hello and welcome to 80/20’s product highlight series. Today we’re going to take a look at gravity roller mount block. This mounting block allows you to mount a gravity roller, to a Tslot profile. It’s easy to install, available in both fractional and metric, and compatible across a wide range of profile series. However, a bolt assembly will be required. More information on 80/20’s recommended bolt assemblies can be found in the 80/20 product catalog.

Now to install it. We’ll take our block, put a bolt and Tnut on it. Get that on there. Take our profile, and drop our block right into the profile. We’ll just tighten that down with our wrench. From there, we’ll just take our gravity roller, and rest it right into the block. From there, we’ll take our other half, and do the same thing. And we’ll put our gravity roller to use.
