7AM Street Food in Saigon CHEAPEST District !! Phu Lam Market

Tip: It's pretty far from the city center where most tourists stay. So I figure it's a good idea to show those who cannot go here. The people are generally friendlier compared to some of the tourist traps. The food is really cheap!!!
