Hey everyone, todays vlog is day 9 out of 75 hard! I am vlogging everyday but don’t always have time to edit so if my uploads are a few days apart that’s why!

For anyone who hasn’t heard if 75 hard the challenge is to stick to the following rules for 75 days consecutively, no cheat days!
one 45 minute indoor workout
one 45 minute outdoor workout (walks count)
1 gallon one water
sticking to a diet of your choice
no alcohol
10 pages of a non fiction book
