Hey guys! In today's video I am sharing with you 7 cheap and easy meals on a budget! These are all meals from an Aldi grocery haul that I made last week and then prepared for my family for the next 7 days. All of these meals cost $70 for a week a dinners and they were so yummy! RAVIOLI LASAGNA
1 frozen package of ravioli
2 24 oz jars of spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
pour half a jar of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish, layer down ravioli flat and top with mozzarella cheese. repeat the steps and finish with cheese and cook at 350 for 30 minutes!

SLOPPY JOES
2 lbs ground beef, 1 onion, 2 cans of sloppy joe mix. ground up the meat in a skillet with the onion and cook until all the meat is brown and the onions are soft. pour in the sloppy joe sauce and cook on low. serve on buns with pickles and onions.

TORTELINNI SOUP
32 oz chicken broth
2 packages of tortellini
1 can of each: carrots, peas and corn
drain the veggies and add into a pot with the broth and tortellini. let simmer until the pasta is cooked all the way through and enjoy!

MEATBALLS & RICE
frozen bag of meatballs
your choice of bbq sauce
green onions
2 cups of rice
sesame seeds
cook 2 cups of rice on your own (i usually do instant pot). in a pan on the stove, pour the meatballs and bbq sauce in a skillet and let simmer. stir every few minutes and cook until the meat is all the way done. cut the green onions and throw on top of the skillet with sesame seeds.

BEEF STIR FRY
2 lbs of ground beef
3 zucchinis
2 cups of rice
1 onion
cook 2 cups of rice on your own (i usually do instant pot). in a skillet on the stovetop, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is soft. chop the zucchini and throw into the meat mixture. stir in the cooked rice when done and enjoy!

CILANTRO LIME TACOS
1 package of fajita meat
1 can of drained corn
1 can of drained black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
20 count of corn tortillas
lime, cilantro, pico and sour cream for toppings
cook the chicken, tomatoes, corn and black beans in a skillet until all is warm. if you are using raw chicken then make sure it is cooked all the way through until it is no longer pink. warm the tortillas in the oven or microwave and serve the meat mixture inside the tortillas. add toppings on top and enjoy!

CREAMY CHICKEN SALAD
2 cans of chicken
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup pickled relish
1 red onion
1 ranch seasoning packet
drain the chicken from the cans and add into a bowl. cut the red onion into small pieces and add into the bowl with the rest of ingredients. shred with two forks and let chill in the fridge. enjoy with crackers or on bread for sandwiches :)
