Poorly raised beef can lack nutrition and have an imbalance of fatty acids due to grainbased feed, highlighting the importance of grassfed beef which is higher in omega3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins.

Eel meat has been found to contain toxins from clothing dyes and heavy metals, highlighting the concerning impact of industrial pollution on the safety of eel consumption and emphasizing the importance of understanding the source and potential contaminants in our food.

Conventionally raised chicken, confined in unnatural conditions and fed with genetically modified corn and soy, poses health risks due to antibiotic overuse, reduced nutrient content, and lower levels of beneficial compounds.

Salami, bacon, and bologna, high in harmful compounds like nitrites, trans fats, and spermine, have been strongly linked to increased risks of heart disease, cancer, and other health issues.

Canned meats are now categorized as harmful due to high sodium, nitrates, preservatives, and other chemicals, which can contribute to hypertension, cell damage, poor digestion, and increased risk of chronic diseases.

Hot dogs and hamburgers, made with cheap, processed meats, unhealthy fillers, artificial flavors, and high levels of sodium, are linked to serious health problems like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Also, trans fats in the meat damage cholesterol and artery walls, and the refined buns and sauces further contribute to inflammation and blood sugar spikes.

Chicken nuggets, made with mechanically separated meat, high in unhealthy fats and low in nutrients, combined with carbohydraterich bread casing that causes inflammation and cell damage when deepfried, cooked in reused cheap oil containing harmful compounds like Acrolein, should be avoided.
