Baked Oatmeal
3 cups of quick oats
12 eggs
1 tsp Bp
cover with milk and stir, add enough that there is some milk left but make sure the oats have time to soak up the milk. Add any other ingredients you like fruit, nuts, berries
put a few dobbs of butter on the top and bake until set. 180c roughly 1520 mins
