Today we are going on to discover a 55yearold restaurant cooking traditional Thai Oyster Omelet Hoy Toy in Bangkok, Thailand.
This restaurant called ""Tee Yai Chuan Chim Hoy Tod"" is located in a tiny street in the Wang Lang Market in Bangkok, Thailand. They are famous for 'Hoy Tod', a traditional Thai dish popular as a street food. This is a fried omelette prepared with oysters or mussels, soy sprouts. Potato starch is also mixed into the egg batter, that's why the consistency is thick, almost like a pancake. We will also watch the cooking of chicken 'Pad See Ew' witch is stirfried thick rice noodles.
