One step at a time this classic chevy truck is coming together, in this video we continue the prepping the Code 504 frame swap by installing a rear mounted fuel tank! Typically the S10 trucks used a saddle or side saddle setup however for our usage we wanted a rear mounted tank behind the rear axle. Previously this truck had a new beautiful bed installed complete with a fuel fill so we want to use what's already there. Plus, we like the way the rear mounted tanks look!

So with the full frame swap kit installed from the Code 504 people we tackle the fuel system install, as well as discuss some issues we found up from our donor S10 truck! Fortunately we noticed these issues before starting to put the truck together! There are a lot of little steps to take care of but, she's getting close to us being able to drop the body back down on the frame!
