Animal allergies seriously suck especially when you're an animal lover like I am. I refused to let my allergies to cats and dogs stop me from having a pet. I have owned two cats in my adult life, and hope to adopt a dog in the next few years. Everyone's symptoms and severity of symptoms can vary, so please keep in mind that my five tips may not be applicable to everyone. With a combination of products, routine and lifestyle changes, as well as patience, I have been able to live happily and mostly symptom free with my fur babies.
