Menu for the week. Flourfree pancakes, onion pankcakes, with cheese, velvet and lace pancakes 5 RECIPES + a method of serving pancakes.

RECIPES:
1 Velvet #pancakes
• Milk 2 cups
• Water (boiling hot water!) 1 cup
• Flour (sifted) 1.5 cups
• Eggs 3 pcs.
• Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
• Sugar 3 tbsp.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
*** I do not specify the volume of the cup. It doesn't matter. It is important that you measure both the liquid and the flour with the same cup!
You need to fry pancakes in a hot frying pan!
And one more thing! If pancakes suddenly tear when frying add a couple of tablespoons of flour and leave the dough for 10 minutes. It's just everyone has different flour.

2 Pancakes without flour (2 versions of the dough)
• Milk 150 ml
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Sugar 1 tsp.
• Salt 1 pinch
• Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
• Pudding 40 g
*** I use vanilla pudding (in the first version) and chocolate pudding (for chocolate pancakes)

3 Onion Pancakes
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Flour 220250 g (sifted!)
• Water 250 ml
• Milk 250 ml
• Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
• Onions 12 pcs.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar 1 tbsp.
• Sour cream 1 tbsp.
• Baking soda 0.5 tsp.

4 Pancakes with cheese and greens
• Flour 280 g
• Milk 500 ml
• Hard cheese 120 g
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
• Baking powder 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
• Dill 1 bundle

5 Lace pancakes
• Milk 300 g
• Flour 6 tbsp. (heaped)
• Eggs 3 pcs.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar 2 tbsp.
