INGREDIENTS & NOTES
#1 Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding 0:28
⅓ cup chia seeds (60g)
2 tbsp peanut butter
45 soft dates (i used deglet noor, if using medjool 23 are enough)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla, or a few drops vanilla aroma
1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
optional: 1 tbsp vanilla/choc protein powder
1 ¼ cup non dairy milk (300ml)
topping ideas: berries, walnuts, choc chips, granola…
→ yields 2 puddings (each ramekin holds about ¾ cup = 180ml volume)
#2 Overnight Baghrir 1:37
80ml hot water (1/3 cup)
80ml cold water (1/3 cup)
1 tsp agave/sugar
2/3 tsp dry active yeast
80g all purpose flour(2/3 cup)
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
enough oil to lightly brush the nonstick pan
topping ideas: hummus, tomato, basil, parsley, sesame seeds
→ yields 23 large pancakes or 57 small ones
#3 Tiktok Oat Butter 3:41
1 cup oats (90g)
1/2 cup cashews (90g)
3 tbsp vegan butter
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup (~80g/60ml) (add 1 more tsp if u like it sweeter)
generous pinch of salt
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla, or a few drops vanilla aroma
1/4 cup water (60ml), another splash if needed
serve with: yogurt/granola/fruit bowl, on toast w banana, with apple slices, pancakes…. (tastes super nice on the baghrir as well!)
keep in jar in fridge sealed for up to a week

#4 New Fave Sandwich 5:00
12 medium aubergines (eggplants)
1 tbsp oil
salt, pepper, harissa to taste
sauce:
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp white wine vinegar
salt, pepper, spices of choice (to taste)
1 baguetteesque bread or bread of choice
#5 Spicy Spinach Mix 6:31
1 small onion
12 cloves garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp agave
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp gochujang (or to taste! spicy)
¼ cup water (60ml)
200g250g spinach (7 8.8oz)
→ onion, garlic can ofc also just be chopped finely if u don’t have blender!
→ serve w leftover grains, or in a sandwich, wrap etc!
→ 2 servings
