We are proud to present a karate training program from Japan for karate practitioners around the world, which can be practiced at home.

The coach is Mr. Kinjo Sensei, a famous Hanshi 9dan in Okinawa, the birthplace of karate.
This time, we will focus on four types of karate: punch, kick, block, and sweep.
By watching this video repeatedly every day, even those who cannot attend a dojo should be able to improve.
