I help Goose Gear owner, Brian Fulton install Goose Gear's Jeep JKU Side Cubbies for 20072018 4 Door Jeeps into our 5.11 Tactical Jeep JKURubicon Project vehicle.

The Jeep Plate System side cubbies feature a Bullet Line covered Baltic Birch plywood with storage cubbies in front of both roll bar locations in the rear cargo area. The cubbies serve as a great way to square up the rear cargo area and create additional lockable storage compartments. They are designed to work with the Goose Gear JKU Plate.

On 20072010 models the rear door does not have a hinge like found on the later models. The hinge cutout is precut into the cubbies and on early model 20072010 models you will see the vehicle body through the precut hole.

The Goose Gear plate system for the Jeep JKU is a direct bolt in unit and requires no drilling into your vehicle. The Side Cubbies require the purchase and installation of the Jeep JKU Floor Plate.
