4ingredient Healthy Chocolate Jam Bites These are such a yummy dessert idea

This recipe makes 68 bites

Ingredients:
1/2 cup raspberries (120 ml / 65g)
1/2 cup strawberries (120 ml / 85g)
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds

toppings:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate, melted
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil
optional: freezedried strawberries

1. Mash the berries
2. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine
3. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken
4. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
5. Let set in the freezer for about 12 hours or until set
6. Melt the chocolate (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the chocolate. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the jam fillings are frozen. However, the fillings melt quite quickly, so try to dip them as fast as you can. Let the bites defrost before eating!
7. Store in the fridge
