Use this walking workout to lose weight with weights.
You may think two kgs won't challenge but after holding them for 45 minutes your arms will be burning.
The secret to burning more calories is to move your arms as much as you can. Don't keep them in one position.
If you feel like you can't keep going anymore, just drop the weights and keep moving. But I'm hoping you'll push yourself until the end with the weights.
