Welcome to my total body functional strength and conditioning workout. You’ve heard the phrase, "Use it or lose it!", when it comes to strength but the same goes for your stabilization, balance, and coordination. If you're over 40 and have neglected this part of your training then you’ll want join me for this one.

Now clear some space, grab your weights, and let's get to it!

Exercise band
Plyo box or stepper
Dumbbells (I used 1530 pounds)

2 rounds | 30s work | 10s rest
March
Linear in and out
Lateral shuffle
Jog

Main Circuit 10:41
3 Rounds | 1:20 work | 20s transition
Step up to balance with overhead press
Chest press with isometric hold
Reverse lunge with rotational pullapart
Bull dog plank shoulder taps

Repeat above cardio
Cardio Finisher 29:49
