3400 steps WALKING WORKOUT with hand weights

This 3400 steps walking workout has been created to provide you with cardio, strength, balance and stretching all in one workout. It's a short workout geared to get your heart rate up and your muscles working. All you need is a set of light hand weights (or two water bottles), and a chair for stretching at the end.
