You may have heard the phrase "what have I done to deserve this?" from your clients or elsewhere, and it is an entirely understandable reaction in many situations, including one I mention at the start of this video.
While understandable, agreeing with our client usually isn't a particularly helpful approach for helping them. In this video I'll give you three powerful reframing techniques to help your clients escape the selfpity trap of "life's not fair."
