The all new 280bhp Alfa Romeo Tonale PlugIn Hybrid finally has the performance the chassis needed. It was always a good looking car and certainly had the Alfa driving feel, but for me the 160hp Hybrid that was first to market lacked performance for the more spirited driver. I was invited to Alfa Romeo's test track, Balocco, to drive the new PHEV in the mountains above Milan and then on track. I was joined by my mate StefABTV and let's just say we had fun !
