EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 9kg. You want to select a weight that is moderately heavy to heavy! Using this weight will help to strengthen and define your muscles!

34 EXERCISES PER ROUND
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH ROUND
FOCUS ON BICEP, TRICEP, AND SHOULDER STRENGTH AND DEFINITION
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 10 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS
