Full video of the last task of British Winter Open.

A 76km task starting in Los Tanques.

First turnpoint was about 10km north, towards La Union. Then TP2 was south, at Uribe, followed by a long leg heading north, all the way to Obando to take the End of Speed Section. From there we had to climb a couple hundred of meters to make it to goal at Pista Obando, a gravel/grass runway used for crop dusting.
I was on a tight time frame as I had the flight home from Cali Airport in the same evening so I had to be landed by 15:00 to make it to the airport on time.
The task started slow due to thick cloud coverage over the mountains but the valley was in the sunshine so the speed picked up significantly in the second part of the task with strong thermals in Zarzal area and going north.
