It was a pleasure to return to Clarendon, Texas again in honor of one of the pioneering giants of the Texas Panhandle, Charles Goodnight. I had originally scheduled myself to cover up to five chuck wagon cooking contests during 2020 and as far as I know, this was the only one that was not canceled nationwide. I hope we see them all come back during 2021.
