2017 Winnebago ERA 170A | Winter Rental Precautions | Must Follow Steps For All Winter Rentals

1. This RV does not have Tank Heaters installed. Steps #24 must be followed in FULL for the entirety of your trip in order to avoid any freezing damages.

2. If outside temperatures are 32 degrees or below, You must Keep Heat/Furnace inside the RV set to at least 55 degrees or above inside RV cabin at all times, even when RV is not being used. The heater/furnace will keep floorboards warm, which in turn will keep all plumbing/pipes underneath floorboard warm.

3. When outside temperatures reach freezing. Kitchen cabinets (under kitchen sink), and bathroom door must be left open so heat can reach all internal pipes.

4. When outside temperatures reach freezing. Slowly drip the sinks, since running water is harder to freeze.
