Part 2 of the Welcome Panel for the 2015 Breakthrough Prize Symposium was hosted by Fred Guterl, Executive Editor, Scientific American, and included Terence Tao, Saul Perlmutter, Jennifer Doudna and Emmanuelle Charpentier.

The 2015 Breakthrough Prize Symposium was held November 10, 2014 at Stanford University and cohosted by UCSan Francisco and UCBerkeley. The daylong event included talks and panels featuring Breakthrough Prize laureates in Fundamental Physics, Life Sciences and Mathematics, as well as other distinguished guests.
