2005 Trailblazer 4.2 #6 cylinder misfire diagnosis (spark and fuel test)

This owner of this truck installed a new plug and coil on the #6 cylinder and still continued to have a misfire. Knowing this information affected my approach. I start this process with an injector balance test and confirmed cylinder compression before moving to the ignition system.
