1/21 cup of tarte cherry juice, 1/2 cup sparkling water, fresh mint, and ginger!

1 cup of maple syrup heated to 220F
pour the gelatin over the water and let "bloom". pour the heated syrup over the bloomed gelatin and mix on high for 10 minutes or until white peaks from. let it set for a few hours and enjoy!
