Mineral Tea
2 TBS red raspberry leaf https://www.iherb.com/pr/frontierco...

add everything to a large mason jar with 89 cups of boiling water & let steep overnight. this tea is extremely rich in vitamin A, K, zinc, B vitamins, magnesium, iron, vitamin A, and yes, even protein! This tea has been so supportive of my body & I hope you love it too :)

Cherry Glycine Gummies
1 cup cherry juice
3 tbs honey
1/4 cup gelatin
perfect before bed if you use tart cherry juice that has melatonin!
heat cherry juice and honey until mixed. add gelatin and stir until dissolved then pour into molds and let it set in the fridge and enjoy!
gelatin is rich in the amino acid glycine which is a crucial part in bile production. this helps the liver produce bile which helps to remove old and excess hormones out of the body via the digestive tract!

Guava Mineral Jello
SO hydrating and refreshing on a hot day!
1 cup coconut water
3 cups of guava juice
1 packet of grapefruit LMNT
2.3 scoops of gelatin
pour the gelatin over the coconut water and let bloom. heat the guava juice until very hot but not boiling then add the LMNT (dissolves better this way!) and pour over the bloomed gelatin mixture. stir and let set in the fridge! enjoy!

Protein Chicken Waldorf Salad
2 cups boiled chicken
1 cup coconut oil mayo
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 gala apples
3 celery sticks
1 cup of grapes
1 TBS honey
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup raisins
salt and boil chicken for 15 mins and then shred. add all ingredients and store in the fridge until cool!

Cucumber Salad
chop cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, and top with oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, juice of one lemon, and a little maple syrup. I always do this salad to taste! then top with fresh feta!

Greek Lemon Soup
10 cups of liquid (i used 8 cups of bone broth and 2 cups of water)
2 celery sticks
1 onion
1 carrot
4 garlic cloves
1 TBS salt
1/2 cup white rice
2 egg yolks
juice of 2 lemons
1 lemon zest
bring liquid to a boil then add chicken and then let simmer with a lid on for 40 mins. then remove chicken and shred. remove all veggies and some liquid and blend. pour it back into the soup then add 1/2 cup white rice and let it cook for about 15 mins. in the meantime whisk egg yolk, lemon juice, and lemon zest together. once the rice is done turn off the heat and then SLOWLY temper a little bit of the warm soup into the egg mixture to prevent breaking (as shown). add everything back in and then top with fresh parsley! THE BEST!!

roast sweet potatoes for 30 mins at 425! stir every 10 mins
3 large sweet potatoes
